The United States Food and Drug Administration (USFDA) conducted an inspection of the company's manufacturing facility in Pashamylaram, Hyderabad, from July 27 to August 5, 2026. Following the inspection, the company received a Form FDA 483 containing five observations. None of the observations relate to data integrity issues.

The company has received orders aggregating Rs 344.10 crore. The largest among them comprises 12 Letters of Acceptance (LoAs) from Paschim Gujarat Vij Company (PGVCL), worth Rs 333.80 crore.

The LoAs received from PGVCL are for turnkey contracts covering site surveys, designing, engineering, procurement, supply, loading, transportation, unloading, insurance, delivery to the site, handling, storage, installation, testing, commissioning, and documentation of all items and materials required to complete the works.

Alchemy Long Term Ventures Fund – Series 3, managed by Alchemy Capital Management, purchased 1.15 lakh shares, representing a 1.02 percent stake, for Rs 4.56 crore at Rs 396.65 per share.

RAMS Equities Portfolio Fund acquired 17.7 lakh shares, representing a 0.55 percent stake, in Sapphire Foods for Rs 35.41 crore at Rs 200.06 per share.

Meanwhile, PI Opportunities AIF V LLP sold 16.57 lakh shares worth Rs 33.16 crore at Rs 200.10 per share, while Pioneer Investment Fund Scheme II offloaded 17 lakh shares worth Rs 34 crore at Rs 200 per share. Together, the two Premji Invest-backed entities sold more than a 1 percent stake in the company.

Promoter Dhruv Gupta acquired an additional 2.35 lakh shares, representing a 0.53 percent stake, in Apollo Pipes for Rs 12.6 crore at Rs 536.20 per share.

Authum Investment & Infrastructure acquired 2.17 lakh shares, representing a 0.91 percent stake, in Prataap Snacks for Rs 25.45 crore at Rs 1,169.99 per share.

Unicorn Fund exited the company by selling its remaining 4.8 lakh shares, equivalent to a 2 percent stake, for Rs 1.57 crore at Rs 32.80 per share. The fund had sold a 3.75 percent stake in the previous session.

The shares were acquired by Rameshchandra Madanlal Rathi, who bought 4.74 lakh shares at the same price in a deal worth Rs 1.55 crore.

Pine Oak Global Fund exited Silky Overseas by selling its entire holding of 1.66 lakh shares, representing a 2.61 percent stake, for Rs 1.2 crore at Rs 72.26 per share. The buyer was Birchwood Multi Strategy Fund Open Ended PCC Ltd – Birchwood Global Alpha Fund.

Birchwood Global Alpha Fund also acquired 1.93 lakh shares, representing a 1.54 percent stake, in Invicta Diagnostic from Pine Oak Global Fund for Rs 1.42 crore at Rs 73.79 per share.

The Government of Singapore sold a 2.93 percent stake in IndiGrid Infrastructure Trust, with domestic institutions and asset managers emerging as key buyers. The transaction was valued at Rs 486.14 crore.

The deal was executed at Rs 174 per unit. Prior to the transaction, the Government of Singapore held a 7.36 percent stake in IndiGrid as of the June 2026 quarter, making it the trust's largest unitholder.

Among the buyers were Neo Group, National Pension System (NPS) Trust, Nippon India Mutual Fund, Goldman Sachs Bank Europe SE, Askwa Income Opportunities AIF, Indian Energy Exchange, Alpha Alternatives MSAR LLP, KRBL, Bharti AXA Life Insurance Company, and Citigroup Global Markets Mauritius in IndiGrid Infrastructure Trust.
