1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the NEWZA news dashboard, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you are expressly prohibited from using this website.

2. AI-Assisted Content & Accuracy Waiver

NEWZA uses automated Artificial Intelligence (AI) algorithms, public RSS feed processors, and natural language models to collect, process, and summarize public news articles. You acknowledge that AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, hallucinations, outdated information, or misleading summaries. NEWZA provides all materials on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.

3. Indemnification & Hold Harmless

You agree to defend, indemnify, release, and hold harmless NEWZA, its creators, operators, software developers, hosting infrastructure providers, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, legal fees, or court proceedings arising from or related to:

  • Your use of or reliance on any article, metric, or AI-generated output on NEWZA;
  • Any financial, investment, business, or trading decisions made by you;
  • Your violation of these Terms & Conditions or applicable local laws.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall NEWZA or its operators be held liable under contract, tort, strict liability, negligence, or any other legal theory for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from your access to or inability to access the platform, or any decisions made in reliance on platform content.

5. Intellectual Property, Fair Use & DMCA Takedown

NEWZA aggregates news highlights from public RSS feeds for commentary, analysis, and educational news reporting under Fair Use guidelines. All original trademarks, headlines, and publication rights belong to their respective original publishers. If you are a copyright holder and believe content on NEWZA infringes your intellectual property, please notify us at our contact form or via email. Upon receipt of a valid notice, we will review and promptly remove the material.

6. Governing Law & Severability

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
