SIS Expands Ownership in Updater Services SIS Limited, known for security and facility management solutions, has increased its stake in Updater Services, a Chennai‑based integrated facilities manager. On September 3, through open‑market transactions, SIS acquired an additional 1.51% stake, buying 10.12 lakh shares for Rs 23.76 crore at a price of Rs 234.59 per share. The transaction pushed Updater Services’ shares up by 2.23% to Rs 236.61 amid heavy trading, extending the company’s uptrend for the fifth straight session. In the current quarter, SIS now holds a total of 3.27% in Updater Services after adding this 1.51% purchase to its earlier 4.88% shareholding as of June 2026.

The sale fetched Rs 11.63 crore at Rs 241 per share. In contrast, Ramesh Sawalram Saraogi acquired 5 lakh shares, a 1.09% stake, for Rs 12.14 crore at Rs 242.92 per share. Alpa Wealth Creator divested 3.38 lakh shares of KSR Footwear, amounting to a 1.84% stake, for Rs 1.06 crore at Rs 31.43 per share. The sell‑off was followed by a 7% rally, lifting KSR Footwear’s price to Rs 31.54 amid robust volumes on the NSE. Chanakya Opportunities Fund I increased its position in Bulkcorp International by buying an extra 1.08 lakh shares, a 1.43% stake, at Rs 75.59 per share, valuing the purchase at Rs 81.63 lakh. Meanwhile, Care Wealth Advisors LLP exited its 1.21% stake, selling 91,200 shares for Rs 68.94 lakh at Rs 75.60 per share. Bulkcorp shares hit a 5% upper circuit at Rs 75.60 during the trading session.
