Step‑by‑Step: Cancelling a Mandate in BHIM 1. **Open BHIM** – Launch the BHIM app on your smartphone. 2. **Log In** – Enter your MPIN (Mobile Banking PIN) to access your account. 3. **Navigate to Mandates** – Tap the menu icon and select ‘Mandates’ (or find it on the home screen). You’ll see a list of all active AutoPay instructions. 4. **Select the Mandate** – Choose the mandate you wish to cancel. Future: NPCI Unified Mandate View NPCI is working on a consolidated view that will let users see all UPI e‑mandates across different payment apps in a single interface.
