Bitcoin surged close to $65,000 on Aug 19 but trimmed to $64,318.69 at 09:21 IST. It is up 0.36 % in 24 hours and 0.87 % in a week, showing that global macro conditions still support crypto.

Riya Sehgal, research analyst at Delta Exchange, said Bitcoin’s rebound tests the $65,000 level. The price moved from $62,700 to above $64,800 but sellers are active in the $64,800–$65,200 zone.
She added that the next trigger could be the FOMC minutes, changes in rate expectations, Treasury yields or the dollar. Buyers have gained ground but BTC must hold above resistance to confirm further upside.
CoinDCX listed the top gainers of the day. Pump.fun jumped 11.27 %, Gnosis 6.23 %, Venice Token 5.26 % and Sky 4.63 %. On the other hand, Worldcoin, Jito, Bitcoin SV, Internet Computer and Filecoin fell more than 4 % each.
Market sentiment stayed neutral even though the fear‑and‑greed index dropped to 41. This shows that traders are cautious but not panicked.
Vikram Subburaj, CEO of Giottus, said Bitcoin is range‑bound. A sustained move above $65,000–$66,000 with stronger spot activity and ETF inflows would signal a broader recovery.
In summary, Bitcoin’s price action reflects a mix of strong ETF inflows and cautious market sentiment. Traders will watch the $65,000 resistance, macro data and FOMC minutes for the next move.
