Jubilant Ingrevia’s board has approved a binding term sheet to acquire a 40% equity stake in Zettaone Technologies India for roughly ₹189.2 crore. The deal will make Zettaone an associate company of Jubilant Ingrevia.
At 09:22 am, the stock traded at ₹726.75, a rise of ₹0.85 or 0.12 percent on the BSE. Earlier, the share had closed at ₹725.90, down ₹6.40 or 0.87 percent.
The acquisition will be executed in two tranches. The first tranche is expected to close by November 2026, with the second tranche scheduled for September 2027.
Financially, Jubilant Ingrevia posted a 41 percent year‑on‑year increase in consolidated net profit to ₹106 crore for the June quarter. Revenue from operations grew 25.3 percent to ₹1,300.3 crore.
EBITDA rose 40 percent year‑on‑year to ₹199.1 crore, and the EBITDA margin expanded to 15.3 percent from 13.7 percent in the corresponding quarter last year.
The stock has reached a 52‑week high of ₹794.95 and a low of ₹535.30. It is currently trading 8.69 percent below its 52‑week high and 35.61 percent above its 52‑week low.
Jubilant Ingrevia’s market capitalisation stands at ₹11,562.22 crore.
Investors will watch the company’s progress as it finalises the Zettaone deal and continues to report robust earnings growth.
