TIL Ltd announced that its consolidated revenue for Q1FY27 rose 66 percent to ₹117.47 crore, up from ₹70.71 crore a year earlier. The surge was largely due to the consolidation of Tulip Compression Private Ltd (TCPL), which the company acquired in May 2026.
Consolidated EBITDA climbed to ₹7.32 crore, a near seven‑fold increase from ₹1.05 crore in Q1FY26. The EBITDA margin improved to 6.2 percent from 1.5 percent last year, yet the company still posted a net loss of ₹5.45 crore, down from ₹6.22 crore a year earlier.
Profit before tax loss for the quarter was ₹7.31 crore, better than the ₹10.29 crore loss recorded in Q1FY26. The EBITDA margin was lower than the 9.6 percent reported in the preceding quarter, when EBITDA stood at ₹10.49 crore.
TCPL, acquired in May, contributed only part of the quarter to the consolidated figures. On a standalone basis, TCPL reported revenue of ₹39 crore and EBITDA of ₹3.96 crore.
TIL’s standalone operating revenue grew about 25 percent year‑on‑year to ₹79 crore, while EBITDA more than tripled to ₹3.39 crore. The standalone EBITDA margin rose to 4.3 percent from 1.5 percent a year earlier.
The company’s standalone order book stood at ₹211 crore as of June 30, comprising ₹187 crore in prime product orders and ₹24 crore in aftermarket orders. The consolidated order book, including TCPL, totaled ₹539 crore, with ₹406 crore from prime products and ₹133 crore from aftermarket.
The standalone enquiry pipeline was ₹373 crore, whereas the consolidated pipeline reached ₹490 crore.
TIL’s consolidated net worth was ₹272 crore at the end of June 2026. The company said it will focus on order execution, cost reduction and TCPL integration during FY27.
Sunil Kumar Chaturvedi, Chairman and Managing Director, TIL Limited, said, “We have started FY27 on an encouraging note, with standalone revenue growing 25 percent year‑on‑year and EBITDA margins improving. With TCPL integration successfully completed, we remain focused on scaling operations, strengthening profitability, reducing costs and building a more cash‑generative and financially resilient business.”
