ENS Enterprises, a technology solutions provider based in Noida, announced that it will launch a fresh IPO of 36.02 lakh equity shares on August 14. The offering will raise Rs 33.14 crore and will be priced between Rs 87 and Rs 92 per share. The subscription window will close on August 18.
The company will open bidding for anchor investors on August 13, a day before the general issue. Shares will be listed on the BSE’s SME platform once the issue is completed.
The net proceeds of Rs 17.02 crore will be used for hiring staff to improve existing products, upgrading IT infrastructure, and repaying debt. An additional Rs 6.75 crore will go to IT upgrades, while Rs 1.2 crore will clear outstanding debt. The rest will cover general corporate expenses.
ENS Enterprises said the IPO will help it strengthen product capabilities, upgrade its IT systems and support growth. The firm has built long‑term relationships with clients and plans to expand its digital technology offerings.
In FY26, the company earned a total income of Rs 51.77 crore and a profit after tax of Rs 8.40 crore. Its services span digital commerce, software development, cloud and DevOps, mobile apps, and digital marketing.
Corporate Makers Capital Ltd is the sole lead manager for the IPO.
