Technocraft Ventures, a Noida‑based wastewater treatment solutions provider, has filed its red herring prospectus (RHP) with the Registrar of Companies. The company’s IPO will open for public subscription on 7 August, following a one‑day anchor book on 6 August and closing on 11 August. Share allotment is expected to be finalized on 12 August, with listing on the stock exchanges on 14 August.
The issue comprises 1.18 crore equity shares, consisting of a fresh issue of 95.05 lakh shares and an offer‑for‑sale (OFS) of 23.76 lakh shares. The OFS will be sold by promoter entity Kartikey Constructions, a partnership firm.
Technocraft had filed its draft IPO papers in August 2025 and received SEBI approval in December 2025, clearing the way for the current filing on 30 July.
The company has reserved 50 percent of the issue for qualified institutional buyers (QIBs), 35 percent for retail investors and 15 percent for non‑institutional investors (NIIs).
Proceeds from the fresh issue will be used primarily for working capital, with Rs 150 crore earmarked for that purpose. The remaining funds will be applied to general corporate activities.
As of 15 July 2026, Technocraft’s order book stood at Rs 1,320.7 crore, including operation and maintenance contracts to be executed after project completion. Of this, Rs 917.6 crore worth of projects remain to be executed under seven joint ventures.
For the year ended March 2026, the company reported a 53.6 percent rise in profit to Rs 43.3 crore, up from Rs 28.2 crore a year earlier. Revenue also grew 23.4 percent to Rs 345 crore from Rs 279.6 crore.
